Wonderful they have a generic name assigned by the WHO ORGANIZATION what does this mean in the context of things as far as I am concerned at this point nothing I have been a long time holder back from the early EPITAN days have seen the change in management only hoping that these changes would enhance shareholder value however instead of enhancing in my opinion the recent management led by Wolgen has become extremely detrimental to us the shareholders I stopped posting(on this board) due to my ongoing negativity towards the management I did not want my constant ranting and raving to disturbe other shareholders and members of this board. Its is incomprehensible how this current management has treated shareholders. Although I still own a large block of the ADR's in the USA I am looking for some glimmer of hope that we get a rise in the price of the stock so I can dispose of this nightmare. I do believe in the technology but under this regime I believe that this drug will never come to fruition. Even though I knew that investing in biotech's is a very risky proposition (a crap shoot at best) this management team has stacked the odds greatly against us the shareholders. I hope for all of our sake's that we due get a rise in the stock price so those who want to get out will be able to As always I wish everyone on this board the best of luck I am sorry I had to continue with my disertation on this subject but every once in a while I have to let off steam regarding this group of useless directors and managers

Rosewood;
Could not agree more WHAT A JOKE! In the last paragraph Wolgen states HOWEVER I HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT CLINUVEL STANDS A FAIR CHANCE LOOKING AT MILESTONES WE ARE CONTINOUSLY ACHIEVING BY DEVELOPING CUV1647 IN A SAFE AND CONTROLLABLE MANNER FOR LIFE THREATENING AND SERIOUS AILMENTS.
WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND WOULD WANT TO INVEST WHEN THE CEO STATES WE HAVE BASICALLY ONLY A FAIR CHANCE HOWEVER HE HAS CONFIDENCE IN IT ONLY BEING A FAIR CHANCE WHAT A BUNCH OF CONTRADICTORY NONSENSE AT THIS POINT I DO NOT CARE WHO RUNS THE COMPANY ALL I AM LOOKING FOR IS SOME MIRACLE TO GET THE STOCK PRICE TO RISE SO I CAN BAIL OUT OF THIS DISASTER GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US WE ARE GOING TO NEED IT "WE STAND A FAIR CHANCE" I CAN'T BELIEVE IT

I agree with Rosewood comments about Wolgen, He has turn into the model CEO that we have become accustomed to in the CUV/EPITAN trilogy, that being, ineffective, overwhelmed,big on talk with little or no action, and one whose word has become meaningless.However even though it may seen right to remove him I do not believe that at this stage it would be in the best interest of the shareholders, it would send the wrong message and I believe this would futher depress this stock which at this point is at a pitiful level. What these genius who run are company need to due is to get out to the investing community tell everyone where CUV stands at this point where we are going tell everyone we have a viable product reassure everyone that they are committed to getting our drug to the market and REASSURE EVERYONE THAT THEY ARE THEIR ALSO TO ENHANCE SHAREHOLDER VALUE. Also they need to continualy update everyone with ongoing issues good or bad. Again as I have stated over and over at this stage communication is extremely important.I only hope that this year becomes our breakout year even though our directors seem inadequate in bringing this to fruition.

Sharedude;
MY SENTIMENTS EXACTLY. SAME OLD STORY THEY MUST HAVE A PLAYBOOK THAT GETS PASSED DOWN FROM ONE DIRECTOR TO THE NEXT. AS I HAVE STATED BEFORE EVEN I AM STARTING TO SOUND LIKE A BROKEN RECORD THE MANAGEMENT MUST CONSISTANTLY KEEP SHAREHOLDERS, THE STREET, AND POTENTIAL INVESTORS ABREST OF CURRENT ISSUES WHETHER GOOD OR BAD, AND ESPECIALLY NOW IN LITE OF THE ACM DEBACLE AND THE ONGOING AND CONTINUING DROP IN SHAREHOLDER VALUE. I WISH I HAD SOLD OUT IN 2005 THIS SITUATION IS GETTING VERY OLD.

I agree 2008 will be the make or break year for CUV. Hopefully management will make it one of their New Years resolutions to meet their timelines and at the very least keep us (the shareholders) inform on a timely basis of current events. Most of all, I would like to wish everyone on this board(some of us most certainly are growing old and grey holding onto this stock) a very happy holiday good health and a very properous upcoming year. Lets hope we finally hit the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow on this stock.

I agree with Rosewood.One of my main issues with this group of directors and managers and previous ones is the way they communicate with their shareholders ie their lack of communication and when they do communicate the way it is presented.I believe a company at this stage must constantly update shareholders the street and potential investor of ongoing issues and developments whether good or bad.This in my opinion is imperative.This group as well as others have never followed this doctrine.
I also wished I would have sold into the last runup and will definately due so if this opportunity presents itself again.One adage I wish I had adhere to "BULLS MAKE MONEY, BEARS MAKE MONEY. PIGS GET SLAUGHTERED.Unfortunately I must of have been having delusions of grandeur during the last runup i will not miss the opportunity next time Good luck to all of us.

Rosewood;
Thanks for bring this to everyone's attention.It is not only the constant delay's from the management it is also and more important the way these delay's are communicated to the shareholders. Their communications with the shareholder's or their lack of (which has always been the case) is why some of us have begun to view this group of directors as well as others in the past as lacking credibilty. It is a broken record at this company and once again the current management proves this to be the case.

Rosewood;
Thanks for your kind critique, I wanted to point out one statement from the recent RSS report on CUV; Under Shareholder Structure in the Comments section they write:
"THE MANAGEMENT IS CURRENTLY ON A WORLDWIDE TOUR AND VISITING ALL MAJOR SHAREHOLDER. THERE HAVE BEEN ATTEMPTS TO GET NON-CORE SHAREHOLDERS OUT OF THE STOCK, TO STABILIZE THE SHAREHOLDER STRUCTURE".
I guess all of us on this on this board, long and short term holders, must be considered non-core, their actions and continued delays I assume are their way of trying to get us out of this stock WHAT A JOKE TO EVEN MAKE THIS STATEMENT WHAT IS THE MANAGEMENT ON A WORLDWIDE TOUR FOR TO REASSURE EVERYONE THAT NOTHING HAS CHANGED THEIR WILL BE MORE DELAYS AND BROKEN PROMISES.

just as a side note if RSS thinks CUV is so undervalued they should step up to the plate and buy the ACM stake

I only wish that one of these analyst reports would come to fruition. These reports really need to taken with a grain of salt stock has been very weak due to the ACM debacle and also due to the poor performance of the management at the recent meeting and conference call(I did not listen to the call). It appears that we are basically back to CUV(epitan) normal modus operandi, that being, missing deadlines and not reporting to the shareholders. I have been a holder for a long time and have grown very tired of this ongoing situation. I wish everyone on this board who is a shareholder best of luck and hopefully at some point management will be due their function enhance shareholder value

The company(CUV) should make a low ball offer to buy the stock from ACM they could resell into the market at a later date this would be confidence booster in the stock and would stop the slide
